Villa Vista is located in Zamask, a tiny rural village, with a total of 17 inhabitants. Perched on the hilltop overlooking the Mirna river valley and Butoniga lake, it offers some of the most spectacular views of Istria. Looking out from the house or its epic infinity swimming pool you can count a hundred little hamlets and villages scattered in the distance surrounded by gorgeous countryside with rolling green hills, vast meadows, vineyards, and olive groves. On a clear weather day, the view goes all the way to the coast of Italy and the highest mountaintop in Slovenia - Triglav. A setting which has for more than two centuries been the borderline of Venice and the Austro-Hungarian Empire (hence the two churches in such a small village). Ideal for guests who want total privacy, the villa sits in 5 hectares of private land (including 300 olive trees) and turns its back on the hamlet, while the front facade, almost totally glass, looks down onto the valley - so while you can see out for miles, no one else can see in.
